We currently issue a 30 day return policy from your order date, provided that the goods are returned in unopened, saleable condition.
We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we are unable to provide credit notes.
You must notify us in writing to email@example.com or our postal address (shown below) within 30 days of your order date if you are returning or exchanging any products:

Please ensure you return your unused goods, as sold. This includes original packaging, tags and labels, within 30 days of order date.
We will process your return and determine if you are eligible to receive a full refund as soon as possible. If we determine a full refund, we will refund you the price of the product in full and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If we believe you are not eligible for a full refund we will contact you via email or telephone to give an explanation.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods
We ensure each of our products is checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched. In the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will cover the postage cost of returning the goods to us and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Prior to returning your goods please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and description of the fault for your return to be authorised.
If you are returning a faulty product from outside the UK please email us on email@example.com with a photo and description of the fault for your return to be authorised. We will not refund any postage costs for unauthorised returns from non-UK orders.
